Continuum Mind Body Event

Join me for a Healthy Coping skills workshop for BIPOC girls between the ages of 7-12! 🤎 Register at: Cultivating effective and positive coping strategies is a critical part of preserving, maintaining and improving our Mental Health! The art of learning to breathe through life stressors, is something we can all benefit from. Join me, Melanie D. Davis, Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor, as I share this wonderful book centered around breathing and coping. We will also explore and process life stressors personal to girls of color and healthy coping strategies. This group will center BIPOC girls between the ages of 7 and 12. This is important 🤎 so if the first group fills, I will open a second group the same day! We will host a similar group for boys in January! Each child will: Receive a “Breathing Makes it Better” book as a gift to take home Learn and practice child friendly breathing skills Explore strategies for managing everyday stressors Enjoy healthy snacks
