Never say yes to fear
As the year is coming to an end, never say yes to fear. As you are finding yourself, again, again, never say yes to fear. When you feel like you are floating or going through the motions, never say yes to fear. On those days where fear is staring you in the face like, “I gotchu!”, never, say yes to fear.
You were made for a purpose that your fear will never make sense of. Keep finding and fighting. Allow your spirit to bring rest and restoration to develop and uplift you through the unknown. Why? Because there will be a time when fear comes back; It comes back to try you in a different way. But.... at that point, you will say no to fear and continue overcoming and conquering, fear.
Question
As a young person and now adult I used humor to sometimes over come fear. I wasn't always successful, but I tried.
How have you tried to over come your fears? What has stuck that helps you now to over come fear?
Photo: With my friends, I made one of my most well throughout vision boards. With intention, I found the words that I was, wanted to become, and wanted to see. Till this day (April 2024) I still carry this vision board because it reminds me of where intention will take you. This board also is why we have an event called Visions of Me for our Curly girls and their families during the first of the month.
